Applications are based on quality handmade products which will fit in with our market. We try and have a good mix of stalls that will appeal to the public. We do have a requirement for a well presented stand.

Please note when applying, it does not mean guarantee acceptance to the Crafternoon-Tea Market (as mentioned on the blog). We can only accept a limited amount of stall holders and we try not to have too many of one type of product.


Stall Spaces (Mt Eden)
  • Indoor 1.8m Trestle Space (BYO table)  - $45
  • Indoor HALF Trestle Space (approx 90cm with table supplied/ sharing a full table with another vendor)  - $25 (Limited Spaces Available)
  • Indoor Larger Space 2.5 x 2.5m (BYO table)   -  $60
  • Outside 3x3m Gazebo Space/ Food Stall (BYO gazebo/ umbrella) -  $70

Stall Spaces (Kingsland)
    • Indoor 1.8m Trestle Space (BYO table)  - $40
    • Indoor HALF Trestle Space (approx 90cm with table supplied/ sharing a full table with another vendor)  - $25 (Limited Spaces Available)
    • Outside 3x3m Gazebo Space/ Food Stall (BYO gazebo/ umbrella) -  $50 (Limited Spaces Available)


    Please note (applies to ALL markets):
    • The 1.8m trestle space is literally enough for a full table. If  you wish to have stands or rack spaces on either side of your table, you'll need to purchase a rack space for an extra $10 (rack is not provided)
    • Trestle table can be hired for an extra $10 each
    • One chair per space will be provided
    • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable

    Opening Hours/ Set Up
    • The market is open from 10am-2pm, unless otherwise specified
    • Set up is from 8:30am, all stall holders must be on site by 9:30am
    • Stall holders are not able to pack up until 2pm sharp. No early departure is allowed
    • We have "Market Money" available at our market, it's so people don't have to leave to get cash out. You must accept BOTH cash and Market Money payments from your customers, you can also bring your own Eftpos/ credit card machine if you wish

    New to Crafternoon-Tea Market
    • If you are NEW to Crafternoon-Tea Market (not a previously stallholder), we will require 3 photos of your products and a photo of your table display
    • If you have not attended a market before, please check out our stall holders tips and do a mock display at home and email through to us
    • Application will not be processed until all photos have been received

    Payment
    • Payment is essential to confirm your attendance and must be made within 5 working days of confirmation being sent
    • There are no refunds issued once payment is received and is non-transferable
    • The market will not be cancelled due to bad weather as the majority of stalls are located indoor and a lot of resources have been put into organising the event.
